The Boudoir Room was created by me, LB. I'm a woman with a passion for supporting the woman around me. Without the support from the women in my life I wouldn't be doing the things I love today. The power we hold with in us, is unstoppable and i'm here to show you why you should unleash your power. If you are thinking about booking a boudoir session but don't know where to start, I have outlined what a full day session looks like and how we connect prior to even meeting!

When you reach out to me whether its via social media, my website, or through a referral. I will send you a questionnaire about you and our session!
I make sure to send all of my ladies style guides, posing guides, self pampering tips, and helpful reminders on what to bring / what not to bring.
Then the fun starts, which we will get into below!
The First Steps
When you first reach out to me I will send you a questionnaire with questions that help me better understand what you are looking to get out of this experience. The questions are all optional and there is absolutely no pressure to answer them!
- If you are doing this for a significant other, one question that IS important for me to know is when you will need products in by. (Birthday date - anniversary date - holiday, etc.)
Most sessions are booked at least one month out from booking. This is so we have time to communicate.
I do my best help you feel confident and ready for your session before you sit in the chair for hair and makeup!
During that month I will be sending you: style guides that include links to lingerie vendors, props you may want to include during your session, different lighting situations, posing guides, and even a menu to our drinks of the month made by our MUA, Brianna, who is also a licensed bar tender at a local food establishment!

Session day!
As you arrive to the studio you will be greeted by our all women team.
Before you take a seat in the beauty chair for hair and makeup you will have the option to have an adult beverage served off of the monthly menu by Brianna
Once you are settled with your drink of choice, you will then follow Brianna for a Hair and makeup consultation. You will be given expert advice on how to really make your favored features shine!
Our hair stylist is out of our local trusted shop, The Shop in Putnam CT. She is a blonde specialist and can be your new favorite hair stylist for adding fun colors or touching up those roots! But in our studio she can style your hair to meet all your needs and more!
Now that my girls have you all glammed and ready for your session, I will take you to over to wardrobe and we will pick out 3 of your favorite outfits, as well as some props to add in. Once you change into your first look - we begin the session!
The session.
This is where things get kicked up a notch! I will pose you tip to toe so you don't have to worry about what to do with your hands. I like to get into the poses before you so you can physically see the pose - the lighting - and the whole image before I take the photo.
My entire team stays for the session incase hair or makeup needs to be fixed or adjusted. They also love to feed the energy and keep up the excitement with you!
Boudoir is to celebrate you - so we will celebrate with you! After posing
When the posing is all said and done, I immediately bring up the entire session into my laptop. This is where I will quickly sort through the photos.
In the mean time Brianna will be showing you physical sample products we have on hand, help you design your album, and go over product pricing.
When I come back with your photos ready to be viewed you will then select the photos you want in your album, wall art and or for physical prints!
You will wrap up your time with us leaving with already seeing your photos and viewing your products so you don't have to worry about anything until your reveal! After the session
There is one thing that separates me from the rest of the boudoir photographers out there. I want your boudoir experience to not only make you feel empowered, but in hopes you continue to let this experience enhance your self worth. I do this by gifting every single one of my ladies - whether your a multi returning client or a one and done client, a full body massage you book with my massage therapist after our time together.
